1.COOKING SURFACES
Cast Iron cookware can be used on ALL cooking surfaces, such as: in the oven, under the broiler and on the barbecue! When using cast iron cookware on ceramic or glass topped cooking surfaces, avoid dragging the cookware across the surface as this can cause damage to the cooking surface. Always LIFT the cookware while moving it on these types of surfaces.
2..USE AND CARE:
First use:
1.Clean. Wash all surfaces using a soft brush or cloth in warm water and a small amount of mild soap.
2.Rinse and dry. Hint: preheat oven to 300℉ and place pan in the oven. Once preheating is complete, turn oven off and allow the pan to dry and cool in the oven.
3.Seasoning. While pan is still warm, but dry, apply thin amount of vegetable oil. Wipe off excess oil with a papper towel.
Clean:
1.Wash using a soft brush or cloth in warm water (no soap). DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER
2.Repeat seasoning from step
3.Store in a clean dry place. Hint: store with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
